Deleting your Echo account

If Echo is still installed

The fastest way is in the app:

1. Open Echo → Settings → Account
2. Tap Delete account

If you have already uninstalled Echo

Email canthou.echo@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address, your daily capture history, your invite code and referral links, and any banked bonus captures.

What we never had

Your reminders, your voice recordings and their transcripts are only ever stored on your phone — we have no copy, so uninstalling Echo is what removes them.

Deleting your account does not reserve your place: Echo is a limited beta, so signing up again creates a new account and may put you on the waitlist.
